Revised Warranty Claims Policy for EMEA Distributors

In order to speed up the Warranty Claim Process with regards to approvals and delivery of spare parts or service to customers, we are revising the warranty claim routine for our EMEA distributors.*

REGISTER — All claims must be registered in the AM system: https://alignmentsystems.amsystem.com/
PROCESS — Responsibility for processing the claim will be handled by the EMEA Support and Warranty Function.**
MONITOR/ANALYZE — EMEA support and warranty and quality department will monitor global claims.
WARRANTY PERIOD — NEW! Now 24 months as standard. (Certain exceptions may apply.)
